How CCPF Supports the Creve Coeur Police Department
The Creve Coeur Police Foundation is an all-volunteer 501 (c)(3) charity formed in 2023. This organization began in the 1990s as the Creve Coeur Police Officer Welfare Fund. Voluntary contributions by the Creve Coeur Police employees supported the Welfare Fund.
In 2023 we began the process of becoming an official charitable organization. We desired to continue our mission of supporting the employees of the Creve Coeur Police Department and support the communities we serve. Through donations and fundraising, the CCPF helps fund new equipment, advanced training programs, and educational opportunities for the Creve Coeur Police Department, ensuring local law enforcement is equipped to protect the community.
Our volunteers are the backbone of our foundation, helping us foster stronger relationships between the police and the community through events, educational programs, and initiatives that encourage dialogue and discussion. With the support of Creve Coeur, our mission is to improve law enforcement effectiveness and enhance the safety and quality of life of residents.
